Yay a poll!
(I used the things in your post, Fril)
I voted the second option, because, well, I liked them, but then they quit playing, so no point in giving it anymore, is there?

I'd like to create a poll now that I've got a better idea of what should be in it, so if one of the GWG subscribers feel generous (though I don't want to break GWG rules ...). And we'll then be able to discuss the issue at heart.

Oh. Just read this, uhm, if you want I could start the thread? Instead of the rough numbers etc.

I was about to say no, but then I remembered one of my buddies. I let him borrow my spare account, just to let him see if he wanted to get into the game or not. Kind of like a super-trial. Deleted one of my PvP characters and let him create his own.
There wasn't much on the account anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. Plus, he's a trustworthy individual, so I didn't have any second thoughts about letting him have access to it.
But no, I've never let anyone on my main account. So yes (for my backup account) and no (for my main) I guess.

My boyfriend and I have access to each other's accounts. I trust him and he trusts me as well, this is just an example of it. In the past he's gotten me a festival hat and I've gotten him some.
Though I do wonder if he can remember my password, it's slightly more complicated than his.
Voted on the 'To people I know in person/family members/close friends' because it's not multi-choice

Edit: Screw you Fril! Actually, no, wait that didn't come out right >.>

If it's you who did it, thanks Earth! If it was someone else, whoever it was, thanks!
It was fun compiling statistics though

Well, if I start a proper online questionnaire, I guess there'll no more need of this thread, I'll PM you if necessary (and if it's ok with you of course).
EDIT: WOAW, 140 replies in 30 minutes???
Further thoughts: I may design a proper online questionnaire like hallomik did a little while ago...

Yea, I let a friend play polymock for me and do my last cof run to get max delver, since I was busy. Only reason I let him play polymock is because I hate polymock with a passion <<.

My hubby and I have access to each other's accounts, but we play on our own accounts. We both have access to our son's account. However, we have not shared access with anyone else.

I gave my info to someone I met in-game. I had known him for over a year. It was about a year ago, actually, and I couldn't play because I was about to have surgery on my foot, so I wasn't going to be using my account anyway. Europeans had been having chronic lag problems with GvG, and my account being American, I wasn't having lag problems so he used it for about 2 weeks to GvG with his guild. Upon returning to the game, I changed my password.
I also have access to an account from another friend I met in game. He quit the game a little over a year ago and gave his info to me and 2 or 3 other people, I sometimes use it to move between guilds to GvG and play on, seeing as it has about 500k balth on it and is close enough to UAX. It's just missing EotN, and I don't plan on buying it.
Never had any bad repercussions.

A friend I met ingame has my acct info, but I rather trust him quite fully. While blunt and stubborn, he's quite amiable and honest and I have a lot of respect for him. I didn't have regrets about it at the time, and don't now.
Though he did complain that my interface was awkward when it's ungodly efficient and lovely.

No, never have.
Once a guildie, whom I'd been playing with daily for quite a while, asked me to log in on one of his accounts so I could assist him trading items between his two accounts. That's the only time I ever had someone else's login info.
There are a couple of people in-game I _would_ trust with my info but there's never been a reason to give it to them.

Personally I have 2 accounts, however I only give access to the 2nd one which has prophecies and used as a storage mainly. Very few people had access to my main account.
I also have access to a few accounts from friends who quit the game.

Yes.
Gave my account details to one of my officers when i was away on hols - both for guild stuff and to get me the wintersday hat
Also gave it to another guildie, again for a hat when I was going away.
Know them both very well and trust them with the account - plus they've both got all the stuff they want/need so wouldn't want min anyway ^^
Also have the same guildies' 2nd account details as his mule his holding my former guild...

This thread is officially dead/closed (I'll ask mods to close it). Switch to the other one please, which has a nicer poll!
